1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 calendar days of your first purchase. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked, provided the Service has not been substantially used for production compliance during that period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime — there are no lock-in contracts.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date.
  • No mid-month pro-rata refunds are issued for cancellation.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. How Refunds Work

  • All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • We review refund requests within 5 business days.
  • If approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions

We will provide additional refunds for:

  • SLA breach — if monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, you are entitled to a pro-rata service credit for that month.
  • Security breach — if your data is compromised due to our negligence, full refund for the affected month.
  • Feature removal — if we remove a feature you relied on, pro-rata refund for the remainder of your billing period.

We will NOT provide refunds for:

  • General change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Issues caused by Reapit API outages (outside our control).
  • Account suspension due to payment failure or policy violations.

5. Payment Failures

  • If your payment method fails, Paddle will send reminder emails.
  • You have a 30-day grace period to update your payment details.
  • After 3 failed attempts, your service will be suspended.
  • Update your payment method to restore access immediately.
